Conditions pour un dossier d'inscription complet


Pour que votre dossier d’inscription soit considéré comme complet, il doit inclure :

  1. Formulaire d'inscription 2026/2027- tous les cycles(614.8 KB)
  2. Fiche médicale(331.1 KB)
  3. Copie de la carte de vaccination
  4. Certificat de travail avec les horaires de travail rempli par l’employeur (pour chaque parent qui travaille)(262.3 KB)
  5. Fiche de consentement audiovisuel(261.3 KB)
  6. Fiche pour la phase d'adaptation (uniquement cycle 1.1)(361.5 KB)

Si nécessaire :

  • Certificat de maladie (en cas de maladie grave) / PAI
  • Toute autre pièce justificative permettant une inscription prioritaire

Important : Seuls les dossiers complets seront pris en considération et traités.

À ne pas oublier : Au moment de l’entrée, il vous faut un contrat Chèque-Service valable.

Vous pouvez déposer votre dossier d’inscription à la commune de Roeser ou l’envoyer par courriel à . (Attention, seulement en format PDF – les photos ne sont pas admises)

Bedingungen für eine vollständige Einschreibemappe

Damit Ihre Einschreibemappe als vollständig gilt, müssen folgende Unterlagen enthalten sein:

  1. Einschreibeformular (alle Zyklen)(614.8 KB)
  2. Krankenakte(331.1 KB)
  3. Kopie des Impfausweises
  4. Certificat de travail mit den Arbeitszeiten (für jeden berufstätigen Elternteil)(262.3 KB)
  5. Einwilligungsformular für audiovisuelle Aufnahmen(261.3 KB)
  6. Formular für die Eingewöhnungsphase (nur Zyklus 1.1)(361.5 KB)

Falls erforderlich:

  • Ärztliches Attest (bei schwerer Krankheit) / PAI 
  • Sonstige Nachweise, die eine bevorzugte Anmeldung rechtfertigen könnten

Wichtig: Nur vollständige Einschreibemappen werden berücksichtigt und bearbeitet.

Nicht vergessen: Sie benötigen zu Schulbeginn einen gültigen Chèque-Service-Vertrag.

Sie können Ihre Unterlagen bei der Gemeinde Roeser einreichen oder per E-Mail an senden. (Achtung: Nur im PDF-Format – Fotos werden nicht akzeptiert)

For your registration file to be considered complete, it must include:

  2. Medical record(331.1 KB)
  3. Copy of vaccination card
  4. Certificat de travail with work schedule completed by employer (for each working parent)(262.3 KB)
  5. Audiovisual consent form(261.3 KB)
  6. Adaptation phase form (only for cycle 1.1)(361.5 KB)


If necessary:

  • Certificate of illness (in case of serious illness) / PAI
  • Any other supporting documents allowing for priority registration

Important: Only complete applications will be considered and processed.

Don't forget: At the time of admission, you will need a valid Chèque-Service contract.
